This "Exit" Form 4 is being voluntarily filed solely to report that the Reporting Person is no longer subject to Section 16 reporting, effective as of September 1, 2023, and therefore, the Reporting Person will no longer report any transactions in the Issuer's securities on Form 4 or 5. In connection with the Reporting Person's indication to the Issuer's Board of Directors (the "Board") that he desires to spend more time on personal matters, the Board approved the Reporting Person's transition to the role of the Company's Executive Vice President of Strategy, a non-executive officer position.
