F1 On September 1, 2021, the Reporting Person exchanged 8,000 Class B-1 Units of QLH (the "Class B-1 Units"), along with 8,000 shares of Class B Common Stock (the "Class B Common Stock") for shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis.
