Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one share of Class A common stock of the Issuer for each vested RSU. The RSUs were granted to the Reporting Person on March 7, 2026 and will vest in six equal, semi-annual installments over three years on each March 7 and September 7, with the initial vesting date on September 7, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment on the applicable vesting date.
