F1 | These restricted stock units ("RSUs") were granted pursuant to the Issuer's 2019 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock upon the vesting of the unit. These units will vest in equal quarterly installments over two years measured from the date of the award, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service to the Issuer as of such date.
