On November 26, 2024, Twin Vee Merger Sub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Issuer, completed its merger with Forza X1, Inc. (the "Merger"). In connection with the Merger, effective November 26, 2024, the reporting person ceased to be an officer or director of the Issuer.
