("TopCo ML LP"), and of Prime Security Services GP, LLC, which serves as sole member of the general partner of Prime Security Services TopCo (ML II), L.P. ("TopCo ML II LP"), each of which hold shares of common stock, par value $0.01, of ADT Inc.
