On December 10, 2025, a new manager was appointed for 2022 LLC, who has sole power to vote and dispose of such shares. As a result, Mr. Beason is no longer the beneficial owner of such shares.
F2 These shares are owned by 2021 Lebda Family Holdings, LLC ("2021 LLC"). Mr. Beason, in his capacity as the co-executor of the majority member of 2021 LLC, previously had the right to appoint the manager of 2021 LLC. On December 10, 2025, a new manager was appointed for 2021 LLC, who has sole power to vote and dispose of such shares. As a result, Mr. Beason is no longer the beneficial owner of such shares.
