Megan Greuling, in her capacity as the sole manager of Family Holdings LLC, may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of such shares. Ms. Greuling disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares owned by Family Holdings LLC except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.
F2 These shares are owned by the Douglas R. Lebda Revocable Trust (the "Trust"). Ms. Greuling, in her capacity as the co-trustee of the Trust, may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of such shares. Ms. Greuling disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares owned by the Trust except to the extent of her pecuniary interest therein.
F3 These shares are owned by 2021 Lebda Family Holdings, LLC ("2021 LLC").
