The beneficial ownership total reported in Column 5 of Table I inadvertently failed to include a previously disclosed grant of 4,191 RSUs, which was reported on a Form 4 filed on June 4, 2019. Therefore, the beneficial ownership on the original November 25, 2019 Form 4 should have totaled 13,769 shares of common stock, and all subsequent Form 4s filed by the reporting person should have included the additional 4,191 shares of cumulative beneficial ownership.
