F1 | Represents the awards of 650 shares of Time-Based Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) that convert to common stock on a one-for-one basis pursuant to the 2019 Long-Term Equity Compensation Plan. These RSU awards vest in equal one-third increments on each of the first three (3) anniversaries of the Grant Date, provided that the Grantee is then employed by the Company or an Affiliate.
