F1 Reflects a grant of restricted share units ("RSUs"), which vested in full upon grant, pursuant to the Issuer's 2019 Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. These RSUs represent awards received in lieu of a portion of Reporting Person's cash bonus earned for the calendar year ending December 31, 2022. The number of RSUs was determined by dividing such portion of the cash bonus by the 5-day volume weighted average price (VWAP) of the Issuer's common shares through July 31, 2023.
F2 Each of Pardeep Medicine Professional Corporation, The Digestive Health Clinic Inc. and 1968160 Ontario Inc. are wholly-owned by Reporting Person. Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
