F1 On December 27, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted a six-year option to purchase 550,000 shares of common stock pursuant to the Issuer's 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. Such option will vest on the anniversary of the grant date in equal installments in the amount of 137,500 shares, with the first installment vesting on December 27, 2022.
F2 On December 27, 2021, the Reporting Person's spouse was granted a five-year option to purchase 125,000 shares of common stock pursuant to the Issuer's 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. Such option will vest pursuant to a three-year vesting schedule, whereby one-third of the total number of shares will vest each year on the anniversary date of the grant date.
F3 On December 27, 2021, the Reporting Person's child was granted a four-year option to purchase 10,000 shares of common stock pursuant to the Issuer's 2020 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan. Such options will fully vest on December 27, 2022.
