F1 On May 12, 2025, the compensation committee of the board of directors of the Issuer determined that the performance criteria had been met, resulting in the vesting of these shares. The performance share units reported on this line were credited due to performance metrics related to the achievement of a pre-established stock price hurdle to the one-year performance period ending May 2, 2025.
F2 Each performance share unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock.

Remarks:

The Form 4, as originally filed, incorrectly reported a disposition of 40,968 PSUs. Instead, Mr. Ponrt was granted 40,968 PSUs. In addition, the number of derivate securities beneficially owned following the transactions was incorrectly reported to be 481,762. This figure has been corrected to 481,763.
