F1 Pursuant to arrangement agreements with Canopy Growth Corporation (Canopy) and Canopy USA, LLC, Canopy USA has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of Acreage Holdings Inc., as of December 9, 2024 (the Acquisitions).
F2 Pursuant to the terms of the Acquisitions, holders of Class E Subordinate Voting Shares received no consideration for their holdings and each Class D Subordinate Voting Share received 0.045 of a Canopy share. The $0.162 price above reflects 0.045 of the closing price of Canopy Growth Corporation shares on December 6, 2024.
