F1 Represents shares of common stock received upon settlement of performance-based restricted stock units ("PBRSUs"), which were granted on May 1, 2021. Pursuant to the award agreement, the PBRSUs were subject to both a time-based vesting condition and performance-based vesting conditions based on cumulative adjusted EBITDA and end-to-end revenue cycle management agreement growth as defined in the award agreement. The time-based vesting condition was fully satisfied on December 31, 2023.
