In fact, as reported in this amendment, the Reporting Person directly owned 61,321 common shares at that time. All Forms 4 subsequently filed by the Reporting Person until the date of this amendment inadvertently underreported the figure in Column 5 of Table I by the same 45,000 common share difference. As of the date of this amendment, the Reporting Person directly owns 175,080 common shares.
