Schuler Living Trust on December 15, 2022, which was inadvertently over-reported as 20,000 shares instead of 10,000 shares in the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on December 19, 2022. As such, the total number of shares reported as beneficially owned by the Jack W. Schuler Living Trust in each Form 4 filed between December 19, 2022 and this Form 4 was inadvertently over-reported by 10,000 shares.
