F1 Restricted Stock Award vests in 33 1/3% increments annually on the anniversary of the grant.
F2 The Compensation Committee certified achievement of pre-established performance goals at a level of 33% of the target under the performance-based restricted stock units ("PRSU") with a 3-year performance period previously awarded on April 18, 2022.
