F2 On January 4, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted 143,300 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") under the Amarin Corporation plc 2020 Stock Incentive Plan (the "2020 Plan"). These RSUs vest in three equal installments on each of December 31, 2021, December 31, 2022 and December 31, 2023. The first vesting event occurred on December 31, 2021.
