The Issuer subsequently decided to pay the reporting person an amount in cash in lieu of 167,308 of the 448,718 shares of Silver Bull common stock previously issued to the reporting person. As a result, the Issuer rescinded the issuance of 167,308 shares of Silver Bull common stock that were previously issued to the reporting person.
