F1 Received in exchange for 100,858 shares of Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation ("Bryn Mawr") common stock in connection with the merger of Bryn Mawr with and into WSFS Financial Corporation ("WSFS") effective January 1, 2022 (the "Merger"). At the effective time of the Merger at 12:01am on January 1, 2022 (the "Effective Time"), each outstanding share of Bryn Mawr common stock converted into the right to receive 0.90 shares of WSFS common stock, with cash paid in lieu of fractional shares (the "Merger Consideration"). On December 31, 2021, the last trading day before the Effective Time, the closing price of Bryn Mawr's common stock was $45.01 per share and the closing price of WSFS' common stock was $50.12 per share. All fractional share holdings were paid in cash.
