F1 These shares were previously transferred by Stice Investments, Ltd. to TBS Legacy Investments, Ltd. in a capital contribution that did not result in a change of the previously reported beneficial ownership or pecuniary interest in these shares. On June 13, 2023, all limited partnership units in TBS Legacy Investments, Ltd. were gifted to the Stice 2023 Children's Trust for the benefit of Mr. Stice's adult children.
F2 Stice Management, LLC is the general partner of TBS Legacy Investments, Ltd. Mr. Stice and his spouse hold 100% of the membership interests in Stice Management, LLC, of which Mr. Stice is the manager. The Stice 2023 Children's Trust is the limited partner of TBS Legacy Investments, Ltd. Mr. Stice and his spouse serve as the trustees of the Stice 2023 Children's Trust and may be deemed to have retained beneficial ownership in the gifted securities in which their adult children have a pecuniary interest.
F3 The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average sale price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $131.891 per share to $132.33 per share, inclusive.
