F1 Includes 7,688,354 ordinary shares underlying restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one of the Issuer's ordinary shares. 6,726,816 of the RSUs vest on the following schedule: 25% of the RSUs vest on September 30, 2026 with the remainder vesting in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter; and 961,538 of the RSUs fully vest on November 21, 2026, subject in each case to the continuous Service (as defined in the Issuer's 2015 Incentive Compensation Plan) of the holder through the applicable vesting date.
