Aurion is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Almad Development Holdings Limited ("ADHL"), ADHL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Almad Group Limited ("AGL"), and Mr. Cheng owns all issued and outstanding shares of AGL and can be deemed the indirect beneficial owner of the Shares.
