The securities which were excluded from the original Form 4 are beneficially owned by the Reporting Person indirectly through Atikin Investments LLC, an entity for which the Reporting Person holds voting control and 50% of the membership interests of this entity. This Form 4 amendment is being filed solely to correct the amount of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person.
