F1 Acquired in connection with a distribution of shares registered pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed by the Issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a planned distribution of shares (the "DSS Distribution") of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share of Sharing Services Global Corporation ("SHRG"), beneficially held by DSS, Inc. (formerly Document Security Systems, Inc.), directly and through its subsidiary, Decentralized Sharing Systems, Inc., to the shareholders of DSS, Inc.
F2 Mr. Chan Heng Fai Ambrose holds the shares received pursuant to the DSS Distribution in his personal broker account with Credit Suisse Hong Kong.
