F1 The stock options exercised herein reflect the cashless exercise of certain options scheduled to expire on March 6, 2023. In connection with the Company's 2018 Option Plan, 40,000 stock options were granted to Mr. Nissenson. On March 6, 2023, Mr. Nissenson exercised 20,000 options on a cashless basis. For this transaction, the number of shares received by Mr. Nissenson is 10,439. Following the net exercise, Mr. Nissenson has no remaining options from the grant on March 6, 2018.
F2 The options were issued pursuant to a grant under the 2018 Equity Incentive Plan.
