Erica F. Gates is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
Following the appointment of Fred Leffler as Chief Financial Officer, the reporting person no longer serves as the principal accounting officer of the Company and the reporting person's policy making functions have changed such that she is no longer considered an "officer" for purposes of Section 16. The reporting person will continue in her role as Senior Director Finance, but will no longer be required to report transactions in equity securities of the registrant on Form 4 or Form 5.
