This Form 4 is made by Wallis T. Marsh. WDM GP, LLC ("WDM GP") is the non-economic general partner of WDM Family Partnership, LP ("WDMFP"), and thus has no pecuniary interest. Mr. Marsh and his wife own 100% of all of the equity of WDM GP and WDMFP, and Mr. Marsh is the sole manager of WDM GP. WDMFP owned a 50% member interest in Lubbock Energy Partners LLC ("Lubbock"), and Mr. Marsh served as one of two managers of Lubbock.
