F1 The shares of Class B ordinary shares will automatically convert into shares of Class A ordinary shares concurrently with or immediately following the consummation of the initial business combination of InFinT Acquisition Corporation (the "Issuer"), on a one-for-one basis, subject to adjustment as set forth in the Issuer's Registration Statements on Form S-1 (File Nos. 333-256310 and 333-261199) and have no expiration date.
F2 The securities are held directly by InFinT Capital LLC (the "Sponsor"). The Reporting Person is the sole member of the Sponsor and has dispositive and voting control of the securities held of record by the Sponsor, and may be deemed to beneficially own such securities. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
