The RSUs partially vest in three equal installments of 5,802 units on each of June 1, 2025, July 1, 2025 and August 1, 2025, respectively, are also subject to further time-based vesting in a single installment on August 1, 2025, and are generally subject to continued service throughout each applicable vesting date.
