F1	On August 1, 2023, pursuant to that certain Amended and Restated Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated February 15, 2021, as amended on April 18, 2023 (collectively, the "Merger Agreement"), by and between Camber Energy, Inc. ("Camber") and Viking Energy Group, Inc. ("Viking"), Viking Merger Sub, Inc. ("Merger Sub") completed the previously-announced merger ("the Merger") with and into Viking, with Viking surviving the Merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Camber. At the effective time of the Merger (the "Effective Time"), each share of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, of Viking issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time, other than shares owned by Camber, Viking and Merger Sub, was converted into the right to receive one share of common stock of Camber.
