Remarks:

Corner Growth Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition company that at set dates provides class A holders the option to redeem shares. In the most recent round of redemptions, approximately 97% of class A shares were retired by other shareholders. Due to this substantial decrease in class A shares outstanding, HRT Financial LP's ownership percentage of class A shares passively increased from <0.5% to >10%.
