F1	This transaction was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by InaMarie Johnson on March 10, 2020.
F2	1/4th of the shares issuable pursuant to the option shall vest one year after the vesting commencement date of June 11, 2018 and an additional 1/48th of the shares issuable pursuant to the option shall vest each month thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service to the Issuer on each such date. The Reporting Person will be eligible to participate in the Issuers's Change of Control Acceleration Plan.
