Any Performance RSUs will generally vest in two equal installments upon the dates of achievement of each of the two performance conditions, subject to continued employment, so long as each performance condition is met before December 31, 2021. The compensation committee of the board of directors of the Issuer has determined that the first of the performance conditions has been met, and accordingly 13,750 Performance RSUs vested on October 1, 2021.
