On October 23, 2024, Lake Area Corn Processors, LLC (the "Issuer") affected a reclassification of the Issuer's limited liability company membership units into four (4) classes. Mr. Hansen's original holding of 100,000 units before the reclassification took place were reclassified as Class A Membership Units. On January 1, 2024, Mr. Hansen purchased 1,000 Class A Units and 9,000 Class B Units which are held in trust with his wife, along with all other units that he owns.
