F1 The reporting person is co-manager of Ruf Enterprises, LLC. On May 16, 2022, Ruf Enterprises, LLC distributed its 11,980 shares of OrthoPediatrics common stock to its members. 5,990 shares were distributed to the Donna Ruf DAP Trust dated July 30, 2020, of which the reporting person is trustee and in which he is deemed to have a pecuniary interest under Section 16 regulations. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by the trust except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. The remaining 5,990 shares were distributed to a trust in which the reporting person is neither a trustee nor is deemed to have a pecuniary interest under Section 16 regulations.
