Footnote F1

On January 29, 2025, the issuer awarded 156,935 restricted stock units (RSUs) to the reporting person upon confirmation by the issuer's compensation committee of satisfaction of certain performance criteria for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024. The RSUs vest in three equal installments on each of March 5, 2025, March 5, 2026 and March 5, 2027.
