An administrative error resulted in the under withholding of 39 shares for the payment of taxes. Such shares have been refunded to the Reporting Person and are now included in his beneficial ownership information.
F2	These shares are held by irrevocable trusts for the benefit of the children and nephew of the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person is a co-trustee of each of these trusts.
