Remarks:
1. Reflects grant of 10,893 RSUs which vest as follows: 50% on 01/27/2025; 25% on 01/27/2026; and 25% on 01/27/2027. Due to an administrative error in 2023, Reporting Person received an over-issuance in the amount of 6,874 common shares, which is being corrected in 2024 (and, to the extent needed, in 2025) through a reduced issuance of common shares resulting from the vesting of previously granted RSUs; the total amount reported in Table I, Column 5 reflects the adjustment. 2.
