Remarks:

This Form 4/A is filed solely to amend the original Form 4 filed on October 1, 2025, to correct the following: (i) in Table I, to include that the ownership form is indirect and to include the nature of such indirect beneficial ownership, (ii) to amend footnote 1 to clarify that the shares were acquired by Embraer Aircraft Holding, Inc., (iii) to amend footnote 2 to explain that Embraer S.A. is the controlling stockholder of Embraer Aircraft Holding, Inc., and (iv) to remove the signature of Embraer Aircraft Holding, Inc., which was inadvertently included in the original Form 4.
