Id Content
F1 Represents a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") under the Applied Genetic Technologies Corporation ("AGTC") 2013 Equity and Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive, upon vesting of the unit, one share of AGTC common stock. The RSUs vest in two equal annual installments, with 50% vesting on May 26, 2022 and the remaining 50% vesting on May 26, 2023, subject to the Reporting Person's continued employment with or performance of services for the Company as of each vesting date.
F2 The option was granted on March 30, 2020. The option became exercisable for 25% of the underlying shares on the first anniversary of the grant date, and thereafter became and continues to become, as applicable, exercisable for the remaining underlying shares in equal monthly installments over three years, resulting in the option being exercisable for 100% of the underlying shares on the fourth anniversary of the grant date.
