Id Content
F1 On December 20, 2021 Multiband Global Resources, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Multiband") closed on the acquisition of 7,923,230 common shares and 600,000 preferred shares of the Issuer pursuant to the terms of the Stock Purchase Agreement dated December 3, 2021, by and among Multiband and the Reporting Person. The Reporting Person is informed and believes that said shares were cancelled and extinguished and converted into the right by Multiband to receive cash in an amount equal to Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars ($500,000) without interest thereon
F2 On December 20, 2021, the Reporting Person transferred 200,000 shares of common stock to an unrelated, non affiliate of the Reporting Party and a non affiliate of the Issuer..
