F1 Effective March 21, 2025, the designation of the Series A Super Voting Preferred Stock was amended to provide for each share of the Series A Super Voting Preferred Stock voting as 10,000 voting shares each. The current issuance was done on the said date, cancelling the prior issuance dated February 14, 2025, disclosed on the Company's report dated February 20, 2025.
F2 Reflects an increase in the Reporting Person's holdings of super voting preferred stock from 10,000 to 60,000 shares, as approved by the Board of Directors. Each share of super voting preferred stock is entitled to 10,000 votes each, resulting in an aggregate voting power of 600,000,000.
