Id Content
F1 Represents shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Common Stock"), underlying restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to the reporting person on September 16, 2024 (the "September 2024 Grant Date") pursuant to the Issuer's 2023 Incentive Plan. One-Third (1/3) of the RSUs shall vest, and an equal number of shares of Common Stock will be deliverable to the reporting person, on each of the first three anniversaries of the September 2024 Grant Date, subject to continued service through each such vesting date.
F2 Includes 50,724 shares of Common Stock underlying RSUs granted to the reporting person on August 11, 2023 (the "August 2023 Grant Date") pursuant to the Issuer's 2023 Incentive Plan.
