In connection with the consummation of the initial business combination of Blue World Acquisition Corp ("BWAQ") pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger dated August 10, 2023 (as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented) by and among BWAQ, TOYO Co., Ltd, a Cayman Islands exempted company, Vietnam Sunergy Cell Company Limited, a Vietnamese company and other parties thereto. This "Exit" Form 4 is voluntarily filed to report that the Reporting Person is no longer serving in the role as the Issuer's Director effectively or holding more than 10% of issued and outstanding shares of the Issuer after July 1, 2024, and is therefore no longer subject to Section 16 reporting.
