Blue World Holdings Ltd is no longer subject to Section 16 filing requirements. Form 4 or Form 5 obligations may continue.
In connection with the consummation of the initial business combination of Blue World Acquisition Corp ("BWAQ") pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Merger dated August 10, 2023 (as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented) by and among BWAQ, TOYO Co., Ltd, a Cayman Islands exempted company, Vietnam Sunergy Cell Company Limited, a Vietnamese company and other parties thereto. This "Exit" Form 4 is voluntarily filed to report that the Reporting Person no longer holds more than 10% of issued and outstanding shares of the Issuer after July 1, 2024, and is therefore no longer subject to Section 16 reporting.
