This amendment is being filed to correct the total number of shares of Class B common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class B Shares"), of Falcon's Beyond Global, Inc. (the "Issuer") and the total number of derivative securities of the Issuer reported in Table I and Table II of the Reporting Person's original Form 3, which were inadvertently overstated due to administrative error.
