F1 Represents the distribution by Colombier Sponsor LLC to the Reporting Person of (i) 1,270,111 shares of Class B common stock, which converted into shares of Class A common stock upon the closing of the Business Combination (as defined below), and (ii) 1,200,000 warrants to purchase Class A common stock.
F2 Upon the closing of the business combination of Colombier Acquisition Corp. ("Colombier") with PSQ Holdings, Inc. (the "Business Combination"), all outstanding shares of Class B common stock converted into shares of Class A common stock, and Colombier effected a name change to PSQ Holdings, Inc.
