Remarks:

The original Form 4 filed on April 13, 2023 is being amended to correct an administrative error, which understated the number of shares of Common Stock withheld in connection with the vesting of RSUs and to correct the date on which such withholding occurred. An additional 830 shares at $2.40 per share was withheld on April 14, 2023, in continuation of the withholding in connection with the previously described vesting of RSUs.
